I feel that quote.. I've always believed in welcoming and experiencing every single feeling as it comes.. even if it is anger, hate, sadness, joy or suicidal depression.. I don't care, I breathe them until I've completely worn them out (or me out) and then they're gone.
..currently living under a very dark and sad one though.. and it's been a year.. I think the bottle of this one was completely full.. I hope to get to the last drop soon.
